Grafana IRM

Overview

Grafana IRM (Incident Response & Management — the successor to Grafana OnCall) routes on-call alerts. OKStatus delivers to its Webhook integration. Available on the Max plan and above.

Setup

Section titled “Setup”
  1. In Grafana Cloud, open IRM → Integrations → New integration → Webhook.
  2. Copy the integration’s Webhook URL.
  3. In OKStatus, go to Alerting → Channels → Add a channel → Grafana IRM.
  4. Paste the Webhook URL.
  5. Click Test, then attach the channel to your monitors.

What OKStatus sends

A JSON payload you can map to IRM alert fields:

  • alert_uid — stable per monitor (URL-derived), so a firing alert and its later resolve group into one incident.
  • state — firing (down/degraded) or resolved (up).
  • title, message, monitor, region, url, status, source: okstatus.
