Why it's different

Routing that matches how you actually work

Per-monitor & per-group

Attach a channel to one monitor, a whole group, or the org. Critical services page on-call; the marketing site just pings chat.

Mute without deleting

Silence a noisy channel or a whole group during known work — no reconfiguring, and it un-mutes cleanly.

EU-hosted, no middlemen

Alerts dispatch from our EU infrastructure straight to your tools — no third-party alerting relay in the path.

Confirmed & de-duplicated

Alerts fire only after 2 consecutive failed checks, so a blip never wakes anyone — and recovery notifications close the loop.

Alerting hub

Every alert traced, nothing lost between detection and on-call.

Alerts, incidents, escalation and channels each have their page — and the status of your whole organisation stays one glance away, on every screen.

Alerts history

Every down, partial outage, recovery and certificate warning, kept for your plan's retention — even for monitors with no channel attached, flagged as such. Filter, acknowledge, export to CSV, turn an alert into an incident in one click.

Status always in view

A live status pill sits in the top bar of every dashboard page: green when all is well, amber when something degrades, red and pulsing when a monitor is down — with the affected monitors one click away. On mobile, a dot and a count in the header.

Escalation soon

Immediately → your first channel. After 10 minutes without acknowledgement → the next one. After 30 → another, repeated until someone takes it. Policies are already editable on Max and Enterprise; automatic execution ships with an upcoming release.

Set up in a minute

How it works

1

Create a channel

Pick a type, paste a webhook URL or token, name it. Send a test alert on the spot.

2

Attach it

From a monitor, a group, or in bulk — one channel can cover many monitors.

3

Get alerted

Down and recovery notifications land in that tool, with the monitor, region and timing.
